What is Rice Water? Rice water is an eco-friendly and nutritious cloudy water leftover after rinsing rice. Rice water is used widely in Japan for many purposes such as in cooking, gardening, and also -- cosmetics. For hundreds of years, rice water has been used in the bath and face washing for smooth, cleansing, moisture and anti-aging skin. Chotto Bella makes handmade rice water by rinsing Japanese rice and only uses the third and fourth rinsing ones to create a clean beautiful white water.

Rice bran oil has a ton of beneficial nutrient for the skin such as vitamins A, B and E, Glucosyl Ceramide, y-Oryzanol, Ferulic acid, Phytic acid and minerals to prevent from dark spots from melanin, sagging and winkles, trans epidermal water loss and even protect from UV damages.
