What is rice water? Rice water is the eco-friendly and nutritious cloudy water left over after rinsing rice. Rice water is used widely in Japan for many purposes such as in cooking, in gardening, and also in --- cosmetics. For hundreds of years, rice water has been used in the bath and in face --washing for smooth, clean, moisturized and youthful-looking skin. Chotto Bella makes handmade rice water by rinsing Japanese rice, using only the water the third and fourth rinses to create a clean, beautiful, white water.

Rice bran oil has a ton of beneficial nutrients for the skin (such as vitamins A, B and E; glucosyl ceramide; y-Oryzanol; ferulic acid; phytic acid, and minerals) to prevent -sagging and wrinkles, dark spots from melanin, trans-epidermal water loss and to even protect from UV damage.
